This month I created a fitness challenge to see if I could make it to the gym EVERY day this month. And guess what? It's day 16 and I haven't missed a day! FINALLY I am sticking to my fitness goals. I realize that I still have 14 days to screw this up, but I won't. lol
Although it may not look like it, I am in the best shape of my life! I have been to the gym more in the past 3 months than I have my entire life combined.
I'm really excited for what my fit future holds :)
