2lbs of boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups of BBQ sauce (I used Sweet Baby Rays)
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
Turn the crockpot to HIGH.
1. Lightly sprinkle garlic salt over the chicken breasts and place them in the crockpot.
2. Mix the other ingredients in a bowl and pour over the chicken.
Let this cook for 3 hours and 30mins.
3. Shred the chicken with a fork and stir.
Let this cook for another 10 mins.
Ready to serve! Perfect on rolls, or by itself! Tonight we paired this with twiced baked potatoes and it was absolutely delicious! I'm even considering making BBQ nachos with it!
